Full Service
Full-service planning is for couples who want us by their side from day one—and want us to take on the heavy lifting. We’ll help develop your vision, create the design, research and book your vendors, manage vendor communication, build the budget and, keep track of the details, and handle the countless decisions and logistics that come with wedding planning. We’ll make the calls, send the emails, solve the problems, and keep everything moving. You have a life outside of wedding planning. Let us handle the hard stuff so you can actually enjoy being engaged. You make the decisions. We’ll do the work to make it all happen.
Full-Service Planning begins at $8,200.
coordination
Coordination is for couples who have planned their wedding themselves but want an experienced planner to take the reins as the big day gets closer. You’ve made the decisions, booked the vendors, and created the plans. Now you need someone to pull it all together. We step in for the final six weeks to manage the final details, communicate with your vendor team, create and finalize the timeline, coordinate the rehearsal, and make sure everything is ready to go. Because you can know exactly what’s supposed to happen on your wedding day—but you shouldn’t be the one making it happen while you’re getting married.
Coordination begins at $2,600.
PARTIAL PLANNING
Partial planning is for couples who want to plan their own wedding, but want an experienced planner in their corner to help them make smart decisions and stay on track. You’re doing the planning, but you don’t have to wonder if you’re forgetting something, second-guess every decision, or figure out what needs to happen next. We’ll meet with you throughout the planning process, help you work through the details, answer your questions, and make sure the important pieces are covered. You stay in the driver’s seat. We’ll make sure you’re headed in the right direction.
Partial Planning begins at $4,500.
PRIVATE ESTATE COORDINATION
Private estate coordination is for couples who are planning their own wedding at a private home or property but want an experienced planner to help make all the moving pieces work together. A backyard wedding can be incredibly personal and beautiful, but there’s a lot more to coordinate when your venue doesn’t come with a venue team. We’ll step in three months before your wedding to help manage rentals, layouts, vendors, logistics, timelines, and all the behind-the-scenes details that turn a private property into a functional event space. You’ve planned the wedding. We’ll make sure the property, vendors, and details all come together so you can actually enjoy it.
